Gay Men's Chorus of South Florida: Invincible
Special Guests: Orlando Gay Chorus, The Gay Men's Chorus of Tampa Bay, and Symphony of the Americas. Emerging from tragedy to triumph is a trademark of the LGBTQ+ community. In one spectacular evening, the Gay Men's Chorus of South Florida will be joined by the state's most powerful choral groups to pay tribute to the 10th anniversary of the Pulse Nightclub shootings and our community's incredible ability to push forward with courage and strength. This night of remembrance will fuel determination and pride, while inspiring us to join together and stand proud as we face the challenges of today and the future. The world premiere of a specially commissioned work by acclaimed composer Saunders Choi anchors the evening, followed by uplifting songs that celebrate the strength of the LGBTQ+ community. Featuring over 200 voices, dance, and spoken word, this concert promises to be the most significant cultural event of the year.
