Morning Melodies: Royal NZ Navy Band
Child Policy: Children under 3 years of age will be admitted free of charge if they are seated on a caregiver's knee. Lap ticket must be collected from the Box Office prior to entry. Children over 3 years must purchase a ticket for entry. As has become Morning Melodies tradition, New Zealand's only full-time concert military band closes out the 2026 season with their highly anticipated Christmas concert, promising to take you through a journey of Christmas music, from childhood classics to some more modern-day tunes. Established in 1960, the Royal New Zealand Navy Band's success relies on their versatility and unrivalled musicianship. The band performs throughout New Zealand and the Pacific region in a wide range of ensembles; from individuals performing at Last Post Ceremonies, duos and smaller combinations, to the Big Band and Concert Military Band.
