Few artists are as synonymous with one instrument and an entire genre-mention "young blues rock guitarist" and his name rises to the top. His 20+ year career has been nothing short of phenomenal. Eric Johnson has followed a prolific musical odyssey for more than four decades, blending rock, blues, jazz, fusion, soul, folk, new-age, classical, and country. He sums up his artistry simply: "It really boils down to the music and the song at the end of the day. The most important thing for me is to grow musically and make a more expansive and meaningful artistic statement with every new project." Part of the Cleveland Clinic Rock Series.
