A Chicago-based band rooted in the citys native Jazz and Blues Tradition and formed in response to the challenges posed for live performers in the wake of the 2020 pandemic. Led by legendary bass player and songwriter Dennis Carroll, DC s best clubs and recording their first highly acclaimed EP titled Go Up. The leader, Dennis Carroll, a sideman for decades to many of the great jazz players is now leading his own group. Lee Rothenberg plays guitar, Joey Skoch plays keys, and Neil Hemphill plays drums.
