Yellowman (born Winston Foster on January 15, 1956) is a legendary Jamaican reggae and dancehall artist who overcame extreme adversityincluding being abandoned for having albinism and a 1986 cancer diagnosisto become dancehalls first superstar. Known for his witty, rapid-fire toasting, he dominated the 1980s scene with hits like Zungguzungguguzungguzeng and paved the way for international dancehall success.
